About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO to develop and execute growth strategies and operational roadmaps
- Translate company goals into clear priorities and measurable outcomes across all departments
- Own the design and continuous improvement of operational processes, workflows, and infrastructure
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-driven decision making
- Oversee the end-to-end client experience to ensure consistency, quality, and accountability
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to align technology roadmaps with business priorities
- Partner with sales and marketing to support pipeline development, client retention, and revenue growth
- Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing leadership team and foster an inclusive company culture
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 3–5 years in a senior operational or executive role
- Deep knowledge of the insurance industry, including workflows and market dynamics
- Proven experience with insurtech platforms, policy administration systems, or insurance data solutions
- Strong financial acumen with experience owning P&L, budgets, and operating plans
- Demonstrated track record of building and scaling cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Background working with mid-market or enterprise insurance carriers and MGAs
- MBA or advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field
- Experience leading organizations through significant growth or transformation periods
