Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate the overall management of all HRA/DSS management support and administrative areas
- Plan, develop, and formulate policies and procedures impacting DSS/HRA programs
- Identify and resolve problems and conflicts impacting agency operations
- Serve as a chief advisor to the Commissioner regarding major policy issues
- Oversee General Support Services, Emergency Management, Police Operations, and Community Food Connection
- Represent the Agency on task forces, committees, and boards
Requirements
- Master's degree and four years of administrative experience in a large governmental agency or equivalent
- OR a baccalaureate degree and at least 18 months of administrative, consultative, managerial, or executive experience
