Responsibilities

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance
• Implement processes that improve performance and drive the organization towards its goals
• Collaborate with the head of HR on people practices that foster growth and excellence
• Provide strategic growth insights to the CEO while ensuring risk mitigation
• Provide direct management oversight for Project Management, HR, Legal, and Finance teams
• Oversee the presentation of clear financial information to the CEO and Board
• Manage the annual budgeting process and establish financial controls
• Manage high-level vendor relationships with attorneys, banks, auditors, and tax specialists
• Ensure legal, financial, and operational compliance company-wide
• Empower and nurture the professional development of direct reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of financial, business and strategic planning experience in a technology, ad tech, or software business
• Track record of scaling a high growth business
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and strategy
• Self-motivated and autonomous with high integrity
• Ability to build partnerships with all levels of management
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
