Chief of Staff/PM

Responsibilities

• Serve as Chief of Staff and project lead for the ABMS Program Office at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling.
• Provide operational oversight, including managing SharePoint, Teams, Jira, and Confluence environments.
• Assist with acquisition planning, documentation, and milestone decision support.
• Synchronize leadership efforts by bridging communication silos and optimizing branch performance.
• Conduct gap analysis and risk identification to proactively recommend mitigation strategies.
• Implement business process improvements and lean methodologies to enhance branch efficiency.
• Manage executive reporting by consolidating complex data into cohesive summaries and strategic briefings.
• Track internal and external taskers to ensure quality control and adherence to suspense dates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in program or project management, specifically within acquisition roles.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with SAP eligibility.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a high-stakes environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or PMP certification.
• Direct experience with DoD acquisition processes and documentation.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a government or defense setting.
