Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives
• Optimize operational processes and enhance current practices
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration to achieve company objectives
• Manage end-to-end processes and optimize existing workflows
• Utilize data and trend analysis for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or STEM
• 6+ years in business operations, management consulting, or similar roles in tech or environmental sectors
• Proven background in Accounting, FP&A, or Finance Operations within global technology companies
• Proficiency in Python, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience working with large datasets and performing complex analyses
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco, CA
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for U.S. Department of State authorization (ITAR)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-stakeholder initiatives within global, cross-functional teams
• Ability to drive process automation
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments
