About the Company

VREY is building the EnergyOS for multi-family residential buildings. We combine certified metering operations with our own software to enable owners to sell self-generated solar power directly to tenants, turning regulatory requirements into profitable opportunities. Following our €3.3M seed funding, we are entering our next growth phase to define the future of energy infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Act as a sparring partner to the founders, structuring complex questions and preparing decision bases
• Translate vision and strategy into concrete roadmaps and operational goals
• Take ownership of cross-departmental key projects such as new business models and organizational design
• Ensure structured and timely implementation of strategic initiatives
• Help build scalable structures, decision-making processes, and reporting systems
• Establish clear target systems like OKRs and performance transparency
• Support recruiting, team development, and leadership topics

Requirements

• Experience in Consulting (Tier 1/Tier 2), High-Growth Start-ups, or VC/PE
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Energy Management, Business Administration, or a similar field
• Experience in the energy or real estate industry or a strong interest in these sectors
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make independent, data-driven decisions
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, founder-led environment rather than a standard 9-to-5
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
• Fluency in German and English
