Chief of Staff Transformation

Responsibilities

• Support the Transformation Director as a right hand on high-visibility strategic projects
• Monitor the progress of Group strategic initiatives and prepare decision-making materials
• Coordinate between various stakeholders, including business units, finance, IT, and data teams
• Contribute to the formalization of roadmaps, transformation plans, and governance models
• Perform strategic analysis, benchmarks, and synthesis to support management recommendations
• Produce high-value presentation materials and clear, decision-oriented communications
• Assist in digital and data-related projects to optimize commercial performance

Requirements

• Currently a student in a top-tier Business, Engineering, or IEP school
• Strong analytical, structuring, and synthesis skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluent in both French and English (written and oral)
• Proactive, autonomous, and able to work in demanding, evolving environments
• Ability to transition from strategic thinking to operational execution

• Sensitivity to data, digital, and AI topics
