Chief of Staff to the GM of Housing

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the GM of Housing and functional leaders to define divisional priorities, roadmaps, and operating plans
• Translate divisional goals into a clear operating system for cross-functional coordination
• Own and drive end-to-end strategic initiatives for the Housing division from strategy through execution
• Distill progress into executive-facing monthly memos and facilitate review meetings
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to navigate complex problem sets
• Continuously improve processes and identify opportunities to optimize divisional operations

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience
• Experience in management consulting or high-growth startups in Strategy, BizOps, or Chief of Staff roles
• Exceptional conceptual thinker capable of moving from strategy to execution
• Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence without authority
• Strong bias for action and obsessive attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-ready materials
• Exceptionally quantitative with advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills
