Chief of Staff to the CEO

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner and thought partner to the CEO on the company's most important priorities.
• Own and drive high-impact strategic and operational initiatives across the business.
• Lead complex cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment, accountability, and execution.
• Translate high-level goals into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Identify organizational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve performance.
• Drive company planning processes, operating rhythms, and executive decision-making.
• Prepare executive communications, presentations, board materials, and strategic analyses.
• Leverage AI tools and agents to automate workflows and accelerate decision-making.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in consulting, bizops, investment banking, PE, VC, or startup operations.
• Proven experience operating in high-growth startup environments.
• Demonstrated track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to leverage AI tools and agents to increase productivity.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to turn complex ideas into compelling narratives.
• Extreme ownership and the ability to thrive in highly ambiguous situations.
