Chief of Staff to Head of People Internship

In the last three years, we have become the third-largest property management company in Germany with fewer than 25 full-time employees at our HQ.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Head of People to manage entire task areas and projects independently.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, creating scorecards, and conducting interviews.
• Develop and roll out nationwide recruiting and HR systems to support growth to over 1,000 employees.
• Manage budgets in the high five-figure range and oversee the identification and procurement of new tooling.
• Meet with managing directors of acquired companies to discuss personnel topics and improve HR processes nationwide.

Requirements

• Fluent German (C2 level) and good English skills.
• Ability to work in-office at our Berlin Prenzlauer Berg location.
• Highly independent working style.
• Extremely strong communication skills.
• High level of ambition.
