Chief of Staff to Founder & CTO

Responsibilities

• Design and scale the engineering org including structure, hiring, and processes
• Align technical initiatives across engineering, product, and AI teams
• Own cross-team programs such as PLG platform, internal AI tooling, and developer productivity
• Build new teams from scratch and transition them to long-term ownership
• Remove management bottlenecks and drive execution on top company priorities

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or similar
• 2+ years as a software engineer followed by experience in consulting, product, or technical leadership
• Strong grasp of both software architecture and business strategy
• Ability to thrive on unstructured problems
• Comfortable working directly with founders and C-level executives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI, LLMs, or agentic systems
• Background in enterprise SaaS or ERP automation
• Track record of building engineering teams from zero
• Prior Chief of Staff, technical PM, or founding engineer experience
