Chief of Staff to CCO

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic sparring partner to the CCO and commercial leadership team
• Prepare commercial analyses, briefings, and presentations
• Facilitate and follow up on commercial leadership meetings and monthly business reviews
• Support stakeholder management across commercial functions and Executive Management
• Own and coordinate the CCO’s commercial initiative portfolio
• Optimize commercial operating rhythm, decision-making processes, and KPI frameworks
• Identify commercial risks and proactively propose solutions
• Lead or contribute to high-impact growth and transformation initiatives

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, or commercial strategy
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Experience working with senior leaders in matrix organizations
• Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills
• Strong communication skills and executive presence
• Affinity for commercial topics like pricing, marketing, and e-commerce
• Academic degree in business, economics, or technology
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in scale-up, complex, or regulated environments (healthcare, e-commerce)
• Knowledge of BI tools, dashboarding, or AI-enabled productivity tools
• Proficiency in German or other European languages
