Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and orchestrate the execution of the EVP, TGO's daily activities and priorities.
• Define, deploy, and improve effective governance processes for TGO using transformation and lean management principles.
• Facilitate leadership team routines, including business reviews, management meetings, and steering committees.
• Foster strong relationships with the Operations Leadership Team and key stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination.
• Bridge communication gaps between the EVP, Executive Management Team, and other key leaders.
• Track TGO’s performance and progress on strategic priorities in partnership with central functions like Finance, Supply Chain, and HR.
• Proactively identify performance risks and secure the achievement of TGO objectives and KPIs.
• Lead cross-TGO strategic projects and analyze market intelligence to advise the leadership team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study is required.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in disciplines requiring strong strategic planning and facilitation skills.
• Proven leadership experience in global pharmaceutical operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive results in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong strategic agility, business acumen, and financial acumen.
• Excellent diplomacy, interpersonal, and multi-cultural communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
• Previous experience or training in management consulting.
