About the Company

StealthCo is building a fully owned and operated title insurance platform to modernize a legacy industry through purpose-built, proprietary software. Backed by 25madison, StealthCo aims to be a category-defining disruptor in the real-estate ecosystem by partnering with founders and management teams to help them scale.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO to define and own the OKR process and strategic goal tracking
• Work with Finance team to build and manage key models for the platform and acquired companies
• Own post-acquisition integration and execution for newly acquired businesses
• Oversee continuous change management through communications and milestones
• Analyze performance across subsidiaries to identify and improve operational and financial weaknesses
• Own key diligence workstreams for evaluating new acquisition opportunities
• Create collateral content for sellers, investors, and co-investors
• Develop and manage marketing content to strengthen brand positioning

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, financial due diligence, or software start-ups
• Proven skills in financial modeling and analysis
• Ability to navigate ambiguous, unstructured environments and build processes from scratch
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency with modern AI and technological tools
• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA, MSF, or JD preferred
• Experience in FinTech, consulting, real estate, or investment banking
