Responsibilities
- Work directly with the CEO across sales, GTM, marketing, product, operations, people, and strategy
- Own high-leverage projects from inception to completion
- Prepare materials for bank deals and partnership evaluations
- Build out hiring processes and coordinate product launches
- Tighten internal operations and create scalable processes for future teams
Requirements
- Ability to solve problems end-to-end without constant instruction
- High bar for execution and precision in all deliverables
- Relentless organization and ability to bring structure to chaos
- Generalist skill set capable of drafting decks, financial models, and customer communications
- Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Clear and concise communication skills
