Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to translate strategic objectives into actionable operating plans
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives to support growth
• Manage the operating cadence of the Executive Leadership Team, including facilitating meetings and off-sites
• Develop and monitor KPIs and executive dashboards to provide visibility into business performance
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, preparing them for board meetings and investor discussions
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
• Maintain understanding of emerging technologies like AI to improve organizational productivity

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or similar environments
• Experience working directly with a CEO, founder, or senior executive leadership team
• Proven track record in high-growth SaaS, FinTech, or payments industries
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and project management skills
• Exceptional executive communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to drive measurable outcomes through influence without direct authority
