About the Company

Setpoint provides purpose-built capital and technology to asset-backed borrowers and lenders. Our platform is the funding operating system for originators, automating critical calculations, compliance reporting, and digitizing assets to make warehouse transactions instant and error-free.

Responsibilities

• Run the CEO’s operating cadence, including staff meetings, weekly business reviews, and quarterly planning
• Drive 2 to 4 high-priority strategic initiatives ranging from new pricing motions to key partnerships
• Build and maintain company goal-setting and tracking via OKRs, KPIs, and dashboards
• Capture decisions in key meetings and drive follow-through across the executive team
• Lead internal communications including all-hands and founder updates
• Triage the CEO’s inbox, calendar, and attention
• Act as interim owner for functions or workstreams requiring leadership during hiring periods

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience, preferably in MBB consulting, banking, or private equity
• Strong understanding of Fintech, ABS, or capital markets
• Ability to build and read financial models and produce board-quality materials
• Exceptional writing and synthesis skills
• Proven track record of owning projects end-to-end in ambiguous environments
• High level of discretion regarding compensation and fundraising
• Low ego and a strong bias to action

Preferred Qualifications

• Operating experience at a high-growth startup
• Prior Chief of Staff, BizOps, or Strategy & Operations experience at a venture-backed company
