Responsibilities

• Own the operating cadence of the executive team, including leadership meetings, offsites, and board preparation
• Build and refine systems and processes that improve decision-making speed and organizational clarity
• Act as a trusted thought partner to the CEO and executive leadership team
• Facilitate effective internal communication to ensure company priorities are understood
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept through execution
• Implement AI-enabled tools and workflows to increase productivity
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks and proactively drive solutions

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or high-growth startups
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Track record of high ownership and leveraging AI tools to improve workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with a CEO or senior executive
• Background in healthcare, healthtech, or mission-driven environments
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, Organizational Design, CPA)
• Experience helping organizations scale through growth or fundraising
