Responsibilities

• Own and drive CEO-level strategic projects including M&A diligence, partnership evaluations, and board prep
• Serve as the CEO's proxy in meetings and workstreams requiring high-level judgment
• Manage the SLT operating rhythm, including weekly leadership meetings, monthly business reviews, and quarterly OKR cycles
• Build and maintain executive dashboards covering revenue, pipeline, product velocity, and M&A status
• Draft high-stakes communications including board updates, investor narratives, and internal memos
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and drive accountability across functional areas
• Engage with product and engineering leaders on roadmap prioritization and technical tradeoffs

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of professional experience
• Former product manager background strongly preferred
• Foundational understanding of ad tech (programmatic, DSP/SSP, mobile UA, attribution)
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to write tight, direct prose
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity
• High agency and ability to drive results without constant supervision
• Proficiency with data, including pulling metrics, building basic models, and reading P&Ls
• Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments
