Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of high-priority strategic and operational initiatives
• Translate high-level direction into clear plans, milestones, and success metrics
• Partner with cross-functional leaders in Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and People Ops
• Build structured analyses, decision memos, and business cases for leadership
• Establish and manage operating cadences, including weekly reviews and monthly planning
• Prepare leadership materials for executive meetings and board discussions
• Track progress against strategic priorities and ensure documented execution
• Support strategic planning, resource allocation, and prioritization efforts

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy, BizOps, Consulting, or Program Management
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in high-growth environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data insights into action
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-ready materials
• Ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technology, ad tech, or data-driven businesses
• Exposure to executive leadership teams or board-level decision-making
• MBA or advanced degree
