Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic, financial, and operational right hand to the Consumer platform leadership
• Prepare quarterly business reviews for global leadership and bi-weekly pipeline reviews for platform leadership
• Conduct in-depth analyses to support strategic initiatives, including budgeting and business development
• Advise leadership on defining, prioritizing, and executing business strategies
• Drive marketing strategies and initiatives for the platform
• Track and follow up on key actions to ensure high-quality outcomes and timely delivery
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and the exchange of best practices across the organization

Requirements

• Academic university degree (WO) with excellent results
• At least 4 years of experience in project management, corporate development, or business development
• Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Strong financial modeling skills (Excel) and management presentation skills (PowerPoint)
• Proven ability to translate complex analysis into actionable insights
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in management consulting
• Leadership experience within a start-up environment
