Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to prioritize, execute, and track progress on high-impact strategic initiatives
• Streamline decision-making, manage leadership cadences, and ensure follow-through on commitments
• Work cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Growth, and Customer Success to close gaps and accelerate progress
• Build trust and alignment across teams to enable collaboration without formal reporting lines
• Tackle ambiguous, high-priority efforts such as launching new processes or solving operational bottlenecks
• Provide strategic input and surface insights to help shape the future direction of the company

Requirements

• High-agency operator with an ambitious and proactive mindset
• Background as a product manager, founder, or early-stage operator
• Proven ability to own outcomes end-to-end
• Skilled at influencing and driving alignment across teams without formal authority
• Ability to balance big-picture strategic thinking with deep execution details
• Resilient and resourceful in ambiguous environments
