Responsibilities

• Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing team
• Build an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products
• Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide performance evaluations
• Execute company strategy at a rapid pace
• Develop the company's brand as a leader in inspiration, knowledge, and networking
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within timelines and budgets
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are achieved
• Identify expansion opportunities with existing clients and collaborate on new client acquisition

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in high-speed environments such as management consulting, investment banking, or top-tier startups
• Bachelor's degree with outstanding results (MBA preferred)
• Strong commercial awareness and passion for business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of delivering results
• Valid UK, EU, or US work permit
