About the Company

Polynomic is reimagining performance marketing through an agentic platform. We are building autonomous, intelligent systems that allow brands to find the most profitable ways to grow revenue through ads without the need for expensive agencies or manual optimization. Our team comes from Palantir, Google, Jane Street, Citadel, and Two Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer success operations, including onboarding, implementation, and account health for key clients
• Own operations and special projects end-to-end, such as events, partnerships, launches, and hiring coordination
• Use AI to automate and replace manual workflows
• Champion a culture of customer obsession and operational excellence
• Execute on diverse business challenges to help the company and customers succeed

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in banking, consulting, investing, high-growth startups, or ad agencies
• Experience starting a company or working in a high-performance environment
• Strong quantitative aptitude with proficiency in SQL and data analysis
• AI-native approach to workflows
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a strong bias to action
