Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Lead customer success operations, including onboarding, implementation, and account health for key clients
• Own operations and special projects end-to-end, such as events, partnerships, launches, and hiring coordination
• Lean heavily on AI to automate and replace manual workflows to increase efficiency
• Champion a culture of customer obsession and operational excellence across the organization
• Fill critical gaps across the business to ensure the success of Polynomic and its customers

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in banking, consulting, investing, high-growth startups, or ad agencies
• Proven experience starting a company or working in high-performance environments
• Strong quantitative aptitude with proficiency in SQL and data analysis
• AI-native workflow approach, using AI tools to create leverage in daily tasks
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a strong bias toward action
