About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the right hand to the founding CEO, providing daily support in analysis, strategic reflection, and operational follow-up.
- Prepare strategic notes, recommendations, and priority lists to facilitate executive decision-making.
- Manage the data team by prioritizing business requests and ensuring data integration into strategic initiatives.
- Lead governance rituals, including the preparation and follow-up for Board and Executive Committee meetings.
- Oversee cross-functional projects, including the SAP deployment, AI integration, and brand perception studies.
- Monitor business intelligence and economic performance to identify areas for improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of professional experience, specifically in strategic consulting, investment banking, or a Chief of Staff role within a demanding environment.
- High level of analytical rigor, reliability, and sound judgment.
- Ability to navigate complex business models and rapid transformations.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to be clear and concise.
- High degree of discretion, loyalty, and diplomacy when handling sensitive executive matters.
- Fluency in English is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the retail industry.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
