Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic research and analysis to support planning, competitive intelligence, and growth opportunities
• Synthesize business data and external research into decision-ready framing for executive leadership
• Partner with the executive team to coordinate annual planning, quarterly prioritization, and goal-setting
• Drive cross-functional alignment by defining objectives, success criteria, and accountable owners
• Support the SVP of Strategy & Operations in managing weekly business performance meetings and KPI analyses
• Maintain core operating infrastructure including decision logs and commitment trackers
• Facilitate leadership offsites, annual planning sessions, and strategic reviews
• Support board meeting preparation, including slide ownership and timeline management

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, chief of staff, business operations, or executive program management
• Experience in media, streaming, or consumer subscription businesses
• Experience working directly with C-suite or senior VP-level leaders
• Proven track record of owning strategic research, synthesis, and analysis
• Experience designing or improving operating rhythms and planning processes
• Exceptional written communication skills for research briefs and decision framing
• High discretion and professional judgment regarding sensitive information
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and build infrastructure in a fast-moving environment

• Experience supporting strategic transaction processes such as M&A, fundraising, or partnerships
