Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the Office of the CEO to drive collaboration and challenge ideas
• Act as a force multiplier by managing meeting agendas, preparing collateral, and coordinating the execution of action items
• Lead ad hoc projects from concept through execution, navigating ambiguous problems and driving initiatives forward
• Identify business gaps, risks, and opportunities by staying aligned with leadership priorities
• Act as connective tissue across the leadership team to ensure seamless communication and context sharing

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in highly operational or analytical roles
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to break down ambiguous problems
• Exceptional organization and follow-through skills to manage multiple workstreams
• High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information and high-stakes conversations
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, unstructured environment with a bias toward action
