Responsibilities

• Formulate cross-functional strategic projects and own execution end to end
• Monitor performance data, build reporting cadences, and lead strategic transformation initiatives
• Collaborate across the company to drive impact and unblock complex challenges
• Prepare the CEO for meetings with regulators, investors, board members, and employee forums
• Prepare and disseminate major company communications
• Represent the CEO to the organisation and in key forums

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in top tier investment banking or consulting firms
• Experience in a growth stage company, tech, or regulated financial services preferred
• Highly analytical with a track record of driving outcomes through influence
• Ability to execute multiple high-value and complex projects simultaneously
• Strong project management and operational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to travel relatively frequently
