Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives and company-wide operational priorities
• Act as an extension of the CEO to improve communication, alignment, and execution across departments
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects across product, engineering, operations, marketing, analytics, and business development teams
• Track company goals, strategic initiatives, and KPIs to ensure accountability and progress
• Prepare reports, presentations, briefing materials, and updates for leadership meetings and investors
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable systems and processes
• Support hiring, onboarding, and recruiting coordination as the company scales
• Assist the CEO with special projects, partnerships, and high-impact business initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, operations, project management, strategy, startup operations, or investment banking
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
• Experience at a startup, technology company, or high-growth environment preferred
