Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of strategic initiatives across Technology, Clinical, and Commercial teams
• Synthesize cross-functional insights into high-signal briefings for the Founder
• Serve as the primary liaison between Product/Technology teams and Clinical/Business Operations
• Design and oversee KPI dashboards tracking AI/Tech impact on outcomes and revenue
• Orchestrate executive and Board meetings, including agendas and follow-up accountability
• Represent the Founder in internal and external forums
• Identify and implement process improvements to accelerate decision velocity and scaling
• Manage communications from the Founder's office to ensure mission alignment
• Translate technical strategies like AI capabilities and data governance for non-technical audiences

Requirements

• 6–10+ years in high-growth tech, healthtech, or consulting environments
• 3+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, or Chief of Staff roles
• Proven experience directing cross-functional teams and leading strategic initiatives
• Exceptional ability to distill complex technical, clinical, and financial ideas into clear narratives
• Extensive UAE work experience is required
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with extreme ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep healthtech or digital health exposure, including AI/ML in clinical settings
• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare; MBA or advanced degree highly valued
• Technical fluency regarding product roadmaps, data architecture, and AI ethics
• Background in management consulting
