Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across the marketing department and own day-to-day workflows
• Translate the CMO’s strategic vision into actionable marketing priorities
• Review marketing and production calendars to optimize priorities for campaign launches and ROI
• Draft and proofread high-impact internal and external communications from the Office of the CMO
• Partner with marketing leadership on travel coordination, offsite sessions, and marketing events
• Work cross-functionally with content, growth, and creative teams to drive efficiency and brand alignment
• Refine marketing SOPs, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadences
• Structure and coordinate quarterly board presentations including performance reports and strategy insights

Requirements

• 5 to 7+ years of senior-level experience in high-growth organizations ($50M+ revenue)
• 10+ years of overall professional experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level messaging
• Strong project management capabilities across cross-functional teams
• Strategic mindset with the ability to work independently or escalate to the CMO as needed
• Strong alignment with PragerU's mission, values, and the conservative movement
• Fluency in the digital media ecosystem and brand positioning
