Responsibilities

• Own high-priority strategic initiatives on behalf of the CEO and leadership team
• Build scalable operating systems for revenue tracking, accounts receivable, collections, and internal workflows
• Use AI as a core operating lever to automate manual work and improve team throughput
• Create structure out of ambiguity by defining goals, owners, timelines, and metrics
• Partner with functional leaders across Sales, Operations, Client Services, Finance, Product, and Engineering
• Build and manage operational capacity including vendors, offshore support, and contractors
• Prepare decision-quality materials for leadership meetings, investor updates, and board discussions

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, venture-backed startups, or business operations
• Exceptional analytical ability and business judgment
• AI-first mindset with a focus on automation and systems
• Strong financial and operational instincts regarding revenue, margins, and forecasting
• High agency and low ego with a willingness to execute across all levels of tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
