Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to translate strategy into clear priorities, initiatives, and execution plans.
• Drive the governance rhythm, performance cadence, and strategic execution discipline for the management team.
• Lead the strategy cycle and provide structured insights on strategic risks, trade-offs, and execution gaps.
• Act as a central integrator across Finance, Operations, Sales, Risk, IT, and HR to resolve cross-functional conflicts.
• Own the Project Management Office (PMO), setting standards for execution, prioritization, and portfolio management.
• Support the President in agenda management, prioritization, and preparation for critical internal and external engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 13+ years of experience in strategic planning, business intelligence, or business analytics.
• Master's degree with 11+ years of experience in relevant strategic or analytical fields.
• Alternatively, 16+ years of experience in strategic planning or business analytics.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the US on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee).

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience in transformation leadership and operations within regulated environments.
• Background in SAFe Agile, Lean Portfolio Management, Six Sigma, or organizational change management.
• Experience in financial services and regulated industries.
• Demonstrated experience as a Generative AI Specialist in applying automation to business workflows.
• Proven ability to lead calmly through ambiguity and build alignment across complex stakeholder landscapes.
