Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Act as the right hand to the General Manager, Pacific, to drive U.S. expansion and scale go-to-market motions.
• Grow the California territory by identifying priority districts and shaping focused territory strategies.
• Lead consultative conversations with district leaders to introduce Innovamat’s research-backed approach.
• Refine the go-to-market playbook by identifying patterns, improving messaging, and building repeatable processes.
• Drive end-to-end execution of key initiatives, from planning and launching to analysis and scaling.
• Lead cross-functional special projects that are critical to growth but lack a clear owner.
• Build reporting and tracking systems to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, operations, strategy, or fast-paced environments (e.g., investment banking, private equity, or early-stage startups).
• Strong individual contributor mindset with a passion for hands-on building and execution.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of ownership and comfort with ambiguity.
• Genuine interest in education and creating meaningful social impact.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the EdTech sector or mission-driven organizations.
• Previous exposure to senior leadership or founder-led environments.
• Experience working with the public sector or school districts.
