Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Design, prioritize, and execute critical growth and optimization initiatives
• Build understanding of energy infrastructure and data center markets
• Deliver quantitative and qualitative insights to drive business strategy
• Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
• Manage cross-functional projects and executive-specific needs
• Produce materials for Board of Director meetings, including memos and presentations
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and track organizational OKRs
• Partner with the CFO on organizational planning and budgeting
• Monitor organizational performance and diagnose areas for improvement
• Enhance processes, systems, and tools to drive efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic, analytical, or operational roles
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or private equity
• Background in high-growth technology startup operations or military leadership
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High degree of professionalism and emotional intelligence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and intense environment

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Startup experience
• Passion for energy, data centers, and next-generation computing
