Responsibilities

• Own the executive rhythm by designing and running the cadence of leadership meetings and strategic reviews
• Lead special projects from rough ideas to structured plans and measurable outcomes
• Track and drive OKRs and CEO strategic priorities while resolving blockers
• Prepare high-quality materials and synthesize complex information into clear narratives for decision making
• Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO and leadership team
• Orchestrate the CEO's external advisor bench, including bankers, consultants, and board advisors
• Proactively identify and fix gaps in execution, operating models, or team performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a top strategy consulting firm, ideally in technology transformation or financial services
• 3+ years of experience in a high-growth startup post-Series B as an operator, Chief of Staff, or founder
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and turn vague problems into executable plans
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence others without direct authority
• AI-native approach to work, including experience designing prompts, building agents, and automating workflows
