Responsibilities

• Launch special projects end to end including scoping, staffing, tracking, and closing
• Own staffing and pod allocation across services teams
• Build capacity, utilization, and performance visibility for fund accounting and services
• Turn founder priorities into owners, deadlines, and execution plans
• Run follow-through on cross-functional initiatives across product, recruiting, finance, and ops
• Resolve operational loose ends and own launch readiness
• Drive and own the company financial model
• Build and maintain the internal operating system including dashboards and trackers
• Create accountability loops for directors and functional owners

Requirements

• Ability to context-switch across finance, ops, product, and people
• Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to build and own models
• High ownership mindset to catch risks before they fall through the cracks
• Comfort operating with incomplete information and tight timelines
• Strong instinct for escalation vs. independent resolution

Preferred Qualifications

• Background as an ex-founder, Chief of Staff at a hypergrowth company, or ex-investment banker
• Familiarity with private markets, fund administration, or financial services
• Experience building internal operating infrastructure from scratch
• Prior exposure to a Series A or B company scaling through a growth inflection
