About the Company

Habico Invest A/S is the dedicated family office for the Bøgh-Sørensen family, the founders of Orifarm Group. The company manages and develops the family's broad investment activities and interests, aiming to ensure continued ownership of Orifarm and generate value for current and future generations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a central sparring partner and trusted advisor to the owner-leader
• Coordinate and structure the family's private affairs and serve as the primary link to external advisors
• Manage the daily operations of several smaller companies and activities
• Drive central processes including HR cycles, payroll, and performance reviews
• Support the owner-leader's international engagements, board work, and chairman roles
• Ensure progress and structure across complex organizational, operational, and relational setups

Requirements

• Proven experience working closely with an owner-leader or executive management (e.g., Chief of Staff, Business Manager, or Operations Manager)
• Solid business understanding and financial acumen
• Ability to drive practical execution and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
• Structured work style with natural authority and ability to manage complexity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within a professional family office environment
