Giga has recently raised a $61M Series A and is working with Fortune 500 customers to deploy the next generation of customer experience - real-time AI agents that can understand emotion, resolve issues instantly, and scale across the world's largest enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the daily operations of the executive office and CEO leverage
- Act as an extension of the CEO with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive quarterly planning cycles, OKRs, and leadership reviews
- Own the company operating dashboard and track weekly metrics
- Lead strategic initiatives end-to-end across Engineering, GTM, and Ops
- Manage board cadence, including deck production and data room management
- Support fundraising through modeling and diligence coordination
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in BizOps, strategy, or operator roles at high-velocity companies
- AI-native with understanding of LLM products, eval, and inference economics
- Exceptional writing and thinking skills
- Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Ability to handle confidential information and high-pressure environments
- Low ego and high ownership mindset
