Everstar is building the AI that makes nuclear power actually deployable—collapsing licensing and delivery timelines from decades to years. Their platform, Gordian, accelerates work for utilities, advanced reactor companies, and major tech by pairing deep nuclear expertise with frontier AI.

Responsibilities

• Run the executive operating system, including weekly plans, decision capture, and OKR tracking
• Own cross-functional programs from hiring blitzes to product and partner launches
• Create high-quality investor updates, partner one-pagers, and external communications
• Coordinate hiring processes, including role calibration and interview loops
• Drive completion of vendor security/IT questionnaires and light procurement processes
• Build and maintain business dashboards and trackers using tools like Notion and Sheets
• Support company profile raising through event management and candidate outreach

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in ownership-heavy roles (Chief of Staff, Founder, BizOps, or GM)
• Proven track record of building and owning lightweight operational systems
• Experience shipping cross-functional projects and managing dependencies
• Elite written communication skills and executive presence
• Ability to switch between high-level strategy and granular execution
• AI-native mindset with experience using tools like ChatGPT
• Must be a U.S. Citizen (due to 10 CFR Part 810 Export Controls)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Notion, Linear, Slack, and Google Docs
• Ability to thrive in an early-stage, IC-heavy environment
