Responsibilities

• Close collaboration with the C-level to implement key priorities and operational daily business
• Steering and monitoring cross-departmental projects to ensure timely implementation
• Creation of analyses, presentations, decision templates, and management reporting
• Preparation, organization, and follow-up of management meetings, workshops, and steering committees
• Support in building and optimizing processes, tools, and automations, including AI-based solutions
• Handling administrative and organizational special topics with high visibility within the company

Requirements

• Outstanding academic background, ideally from a top-tier university
• Initial relevant practical experience through internships or professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or a fast-growing technology company
• Strong analytical skills and high affinity for data, business models, and operational KPIs
• Structured, independent, and pragmatic way of working with a high learning curve
• Interest in both strategic and operational entrepreneurial questions
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels
