Edison Scientific builds and deploys AI scientist agents to accelerate science and the development of new medicines. We are an ambitious team run by scientists and engineers from leading institutions across biology, physics, chemistry, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Run the operating cadence including board prep, executive staff, planning, and KPI reviews
• Drive CEO communications for internal all-hands and external interviews, talks, and speeches
• Lead special projects and strategic cross-functional work to drive completion
• Design and manage the support engine around the CEO to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• 3+ years of strategic business experience in high-growth tech, finance, or consulting
• High-agency, low-ego mindset with exceptional organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in high uncertainty without a playbook
• AI fluency and enthusiasm for using AI to create leverage
• Willingness to commit to an approximately 18-month tenure
• Passion and genuine curiosity for science

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or other scientific fields
• Prior founder experience or early-stage operating experience at an AI company
• Experience working within a rapidly scaling company
