By providing NPs with tailored products and services within a supportive setting, Duet is building the nation’s largest network of NP-owned practices, driving better outcomes for patients and communities.

Responsibilities

• Track and advance key external relationships including payors, prospects, and channel partners
• Represent Duet in calls, emails, and meetings to move partnerships forward
• Build repeatable materials such as payor decks, partner proposals, and team memos
• Pull data from CRM and internal analytics stacks to support key decisions
• Use AI tools to automate reporting tasks and accelerate analysis production
• Own the weekly leadership team meeting agenda, facilitation, and action items
• Drive the quarterly OKR process and maintain the internal planning calendar
• Lead time-sensitive special projects and research strategic opportunities

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in top-tier consulting, banking, or an early-stage startup
• Exceptional relationship building and context-switching skills
• Highly organized with a track record of closing loops independently
• AI-native workflow using tools like Claude or ChatGPT daily
• Proficiency with financial data and Excel modeling
• Low ego and high ownership mindset
