Responsibilities
- Lead special projects for the Co-Founder and drive cross-functional follow-through across Product, Engineering, GTM, Brand, and Partnerships
- Prepare the CEO for key engagements, enterprise sales conversations, and partner meetings
- Lead weekly business and KPI reviews, ensuring data is surfaced and decisions are tracked
- Develop compelling content and narratives for the CEO for internal and external meetings, including investor presentations and keynotes
- Collaborate with executive leaders to define long-term strategic goals and operational plans
- Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to make informed operational decisions
- Support quarterly and annual planning, ensuring priorities are clear and staffed
- Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing insights on company operations and management decisions
Requirements
- 4+ years in consulting, operations, strategy, or product at a high-growth tech company
- Hardcore work ethic and high agency with the ability to take ideas from 0 to 1
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build financial models and switch seamlessly between strategy and execution
- Willingness to work in-office 5 days/week in New York City
Preferred Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial experience or experience at an early-stage high-growth technology company
- Demonstrated interest in accounting and ERP systems
- Experience working with Product or Engineering teams on sprint planning
Benefits
- Significant equity ownership
- Base Salary: $120,000 - $175,000
- Equity: $40,000 - $60,000
