About the Company

Dexmate is building the foundation for physical AI — combining a new generation of robots with a universal Physical AI OS, making robots as easy to build and deploy as software. Our mission is to democratize robotics by lowering the barrier to entry, delivering a plug-and-play platform for developers, researchers, and enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO across strategy, business operations, fundraising, and investor communications
• Structure and run research driving decisions, including market mapping and competitive analysis
• Prepare high-stakes materials such as investor updates, financing decks, and board decks
• Build the company's operating backbone including trackers, dashboards, and SOPs
• Coordinate with external partners including customers, vendors, legal, and finance

Requirements

• 3+ years in Chief of Staff, founder's office, strategy & operations, consulting, or banking
• Experience in a fast-paced technology, AI, robotics, or hardware environment
• Sharp analytical judgment and ability to structure ambiguous problems
• Strong execution skills to manage multiple workstreams and drive projects to completion
• Fluency with AI tools for research, drafting, and analysis
• Clear and concise communication skills for executive and investor audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with fundraising, board materials, or investor relations
• Familiarity with legal, finance, tax, or C-corp governance
• Prior experience as a founder or early startup operator
• Genuine excitement about robotics and physical AI
