Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO by managing strategic priorities, communications, and cross-functional coordination
• Serve as an extension of the CEO in internal and external meetings to ensure alignment and execution
• Lead high-impact special projects including international market expansion and new product development
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support executive decision-making
• Develop strategic plans, timelines, and execution frameworks for company-wide initiatives
• Prepare materials for board meetings, executive leadership meetings, and investor updates
• Manage CEO communications and information flow by filtering and prioritizing matters
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to support growth objectives
• Support fundraising and capital-raising activities by preparing investor materials and coordinating diligence

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 3 years of professional experience
• Knowledge of scaling growth organizations and managing cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of customer acquisition, retention, and monetization in high-growth environments
• Proficiency with business intelligence and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or Mode)
• Knowledge of SQL, HTML/CSS, and Shopify
• Experience collaborating on creative using Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
