Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Drive the operating cadence of the People Leadership Team, including leadership meetings, quarterly and annual planning, and strategic reviews
• Ensure alignment across People functions and Centers of Excellence by linking strategy, planning, and execution
• Partner with functional leaders, PMO and finance to translate company priorities into clear People team objectives and operational plans
• Develop reporting mechanisms and dashboards to track key People metrics, strategic initiatives, and organizational performance
• Identify and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to improve the operating efficiency of the People organization

Requirements

• Experience as a Chief of Staff, Strategy Lead, or similar role supporting a senior executive
• 8–12+ years of experience in HR, strategy, operations, consulting, or business operations
• Strong strategic thinking and program management skills
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives across complex organizations
• Strong analytical and data storytelling skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Genuine AI adopter with curiosity in using AI tools to transform operations
