Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Act as a force multiplier to the CEO by tackling complex, interdisciplinary problems
• Shadow the CEO to gain deep context on business operations, executive meetings, and product workshops
• Solve diverse business problems ranging from rebuilding operational processes to designing new product features
• Take ownership of high-impact projects to offload tasks from the CEO
• Rapidly learn and adapt to new business areas as the role evolves

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in high-intensity roles such as consulting, banking, engineering, product, or founding a company
• High intellectual vitality and curiosity regarding finance and technology
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and intuition effectively
• Exceptional writing skills used for precise thinking and problem clarification
• Technical mindset and ability to learn new concepts quickly
• Extreme drive, ownership, and a bias for action
• Humility and a willingness to lean into discomfort for growth
