Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of short- and long-term strategic programs in partnership with key stakeholders
• Drive organizational processes that enable scale, operational excellence, and success
• Influence matrixed stakeholder teams to ensure integrated progress across the organization
• Collaborate with Communications partners to amplify the organizational narrative and showcase strategic impact
• Evaluate project feasibility and develop comprehensive implementation plans
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, synthesizing complex topics and navigating the organization with agility
• Champion dissenting or unpopular ideas to ensure robust decision-making with senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 6+ years of experience in Project, Process, or Program Management
• 3+ years of experience managing senior stakeholders across different business functions
• 3+ years of experience in executive communications and presentation development
• 3+ years of experience leading technology delivery projects

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience driving organizational change and operational excellence
• 5+ years of experience in strategy development
• 5+ years of experience in budgeting and labor strategy
